TWP Wellbeing in Higher Education Network (WHEN) will host a four-day summit in Mérida, Mexico.

Hearth Summit Higher Ed brings together educators, researchers, and leaders to address rising mental health needs and systemic pressures in universities. The summit explores integrating wellbeing into teaching, leadership, and campus culture, strengthening collaboration and advancing sustainable, resilient institutions worldwide.

Hearth Summit Higher Ed is the annual in-person gathering of the Wellbeing in Higher Education Network (WHEN), a global coalition advancing wellbeing across universities and institutions. The summit convenes educators, researchers, student and academic affairs professionals, and sector partners to exchange practical strategies, share emerging research, and co-develop approaches that strengthen cultures of wellbeing across campuses worldwide.

Hosted in Mérida, Mexico, the gathering blends workshops, peer learning, and open dialogue with opportunities to engage the region’s culture, nature, and culinary traditions, creating an immersive space for reflection, collaboration, and collective learning.
