The State of Changemaker Wellbeing Survey has officially closed and what this community made possible is historic.

More than 11,000 changemakers from 150+ countries and 30+ sectors took 14 minutes to share how they are really doing. This is the first global, evidence-based effort to understand the lived realities of the people driving social change — and it would not exist without every single one of you.

What Comes Next

The data are entering the sense-making phase. Results will be published in the fall of 2026 and shared openly with participants, partners, and the broader changemaker field.

The data will help build the evidence base the field has never had – to better understand, and better care for, the people powering social change worldwide.
