In this key leadership role, you will shape the voice, brand, and movement-building communications that support the wellbeing of changemakers and ignite culture change in the social change sector.

As our Marketing & Communications Lead, you will design and implement our global communications strategy, build brand visibility, create compelling content, and lead a small but mighty team. You’ll drive campaigns, cultivate partnerships, oversee digital and media channels, and bring to life the values and impact of our work through inspiring storytelling and movement-aligned strategies.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a passion for social impact, personal wellbeing, and innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and communications, experience leading teams, and a talent for co-creation with diverse partners.
