We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Communications Lead to guide and amplify the storytelling and narrative power of The Wellbeing Project across the globe. In this key leadership role, you will shape the voice, brand, and movement-building communications that support the wellbeing of changemakers and ignite culture change in the social change sector.
As our Marketing & Communications Lead, you will design and implement our global communications strategy, build brand visibility, create compelling content, and lead a small but mighty team. You’ll drive campaigns, cultivate partnerships, oversee digital and media channels, and bring to life the values and impact of our work through inspiring storytelling and movement-aligned strategies.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a passion for social impact, personal wellbeing, and innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and communications, experience leading teams, and a talent for co-creation with diverse partners. You are energized by shaping narratives that matter, supporting culture shifts, and bringing lightness, leadership, and collaboration into everything you do.
