We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Conference Curation to lead the design and delivery of the conference program for the Global Hearth Summit 2028 in Asia. This summit is a transformational gathering that brings together changemakers, artists, and thought leaders to explore wellbeing from inner to planetary dimensions.

In this role, you will architect the narrative and experience of the entire conference program — from keynotes and panels to workshops and fireside conversations. You’ll identify and invite speakers, integrate local and regional perspectives, and collaborate closely with the arts team to create a magical, coherent four-day experience. You’ll also work with Regional Hearth Summit teams to weave local voices into globally relevant conversations.

This position is ideal for someone with extensive conference curation experience who excels at storytelling, relationship-building, and working across cultures.
