Culture Report
Team Culture at The Wellbeing Project
Update current as of May 2026
At The Wellbeing Project, we place a strong emphasis on nurturing a healthy and positive team culture. For the past four years, we’ve partnered with the independent organization Culture Amp to help us better understand how our team is feeling and how we can continue to grow together.
Culture Amp conducts anonymous and confidential employee engagement surveys that offer valuable insights into what is working well and where we can improve—helping us create a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. They are one channel for our team members to voice feedback and they also allow us to measure and assess team motivation, engagement and commitment to the organization.
Employee Engagement Surveys are used widely and results can be benchmarked to contextualize the results: to see how an organization is doing relative to others in the same field and more generally. In this case we have benchmarked our results to other non-profit organizations with up to 100 employees.

Why We Share These Results
Given that the focus of our work is on wellbeing in the social sector, we believe it is important for us to be transparent about our culture and how we are doing as a team. We share these results with humility, knowing that building and maintaining a healthy organizational culture is always a work in progress, and that these results will invariably change year after year. We are committed to listening to our team so that we can collectively improve our working environment.
