How would you define wellbeing in one word?

Are there any rituals or practices you use to enhance your wellbeing?

Practicing gratitude on a daily basis and being mindful of my inner dialogue through meditation, long walks, journaling, and painting. Additionally, observing and learning to stay present through Paco, my cherished dog and favorite companion.

Why is it important that we prioritize individual, organizational and societal wellbeing?

I believe it all begins with self-awareness, and developing this powerful skill has an impact on all aspects of life.
