RESEARCH AND EVALUATION
Our Research and Evaluation pillar explores the connection between Inner Development, Organizational Development and Social Change. In the second phase, the Research will span both the Inner Development Program and the Organizational exploratory Program. In this phase, the research team is adding a quantitative lens to the qualitative work that has been undertaken so far.
ORGANISATIONAL EXPLORATORY PROGRAM
The OEP will have a qualitative research component, a quantitative component, and an organisational behaviour / development component. This combined approach will form the basis for a groundbreaking collaborative study that will be published, inspiring further scientific study linking inner and organisational wellbeing to social impact.
BEING AND TRANSFORMING THINK TANK WITH GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY
Our Think Tank, in partnership with GeorgeTown University, will bring together thought leaders from The Wellbeing Project’s global network and a number from within Georgetown and around the world. It will develop new research-informed lenses informed by connecting the inner self and the outer world so that an inner wellbeing orientation informs the social change sector’s thinking and work, including educating the next generation of changemakers.
INNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The work on the IDP will continue with the research from the first phase exploring the connection between inner work and development, and how it influences the way that social change happens. The evaluation is adaptive and participatory in nature.
