MODEL PROGRAMS

INNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This program supports experienced
social change leaders from all over the world
in finding and nurturing a deeper sense
of personal wellbeing. The 18-month program
accompanies them in discovering and sustainably
integrating wellbeing into their lives.

By the end of the fifth and final cohort,
the inner development program will have
accompanied more than 100 social change leaders
from the social change networks of Ashoka,
Schwab, Skoll and Synergos, coming from
over 45 countries.

THE SUPPORT AND PROGRAMMING PROVIDED TO EACH PARTICIPANT CONSISTS OF:

Retreats (one every 6 months): exclusive weeklong experiences dedicated to personal wellbeing, led by distinguished  facilitators; participants engage in various practices and experiences supporting wellbeing, in the form of individual exploration, movement, bodywork, and group process work.

Individual Personal Wellbeing Work: financial and practical support   to explore inner work through a variety of different practitioners and/or programs (therapy, bodywork, etc.).

Peer Calls: monthly touchpoints to support participants in integrating their ongoing development into their lives, through facilitated group calls with fellow cohort members.

Wisdom Teachers & Learning Modules: periodic experiential seminars with outstanding wisdom teachers from different practices and backgrounds, providing deeper learning on various topics supporting wellbeing (such as sleep, communication, and relationships).

ORGANISATIONAL EXPLORATORY PROGRAM

This program supports a diverse group of representatives from 8 social change organisations in putting wellbeing at the heart of their cultures. The 3-year co-created learning journey was born out of a need and a desire expressed by inner development program participants, who wished to apply the benefits of wellbeing work in their organisations.

The OEP provides scaffolding to explore
what
organizational wellbeing means
to each participating organization, and what
micro shifts they can implement to build
a human-centered work culture.

THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF:

Gatherings & Retreats: in-person meetings, facilitated by experts in organisational change and culture, to explore wellbeing practices, frameworks, and resources to make change in their organisations.

Ongoing Support: periodic touchpoints to check in and support organisational change, and to reinforce a system of mutual peer support. Participants who have not already completed the IDP are invited to join inner work experiences to better understand the link between personal and organisational wellbeing.

Organisational Coaching: financial and logistical support in finding an organisational coach to identify and implement organisational change needs.

Research: An innovative mixed-methods framework, led by globally-renowned research partners, building the foundations for organisational wellbeing research in the social change field by monitoring, capturing and evaluating the key changes taking place in each organisation and in the collective group.
