In this role, you will supervise and manage the production agency responsible for executing the event, ensuring seamless coordination across all moving parts. You’ll create timelines, track dependencies, manage vendor relationships, and facilitate communication between curators, artists, community managers, and production teams. You’ll be the central connector who maintains the big picture while ensuring every detail aligns with the summit’s transformational vision.
