INNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

THE INNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TAKES PROMINENT SOCIAL CHANGE LEADERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD THROUGH A PERSONAL PROGRAM THAT LASTS 18 MONTHS.

THIS MODEL PROGRAM AIMS AT SUPPORTING EXPERIENCED SOCIAL CHANGE LEADERS IN FINDING AND NURTURING A DEEPER SENSE OF WELLBEING. A TOTAL OF 80 SOCIAL CHANGE LEADERS (5 COHORTS) FROM ASHOKA, SCHWAB, SKOLL AND SYNERGOS, COMING FROM OVER 45 COUNTRIES PARTICIPATING IN OUR 18-MONTH PROGRAM CONSISTING OF:

Meetings (one every 6 months): participants work with three facilitators over 6 days engaging in group and individual exploration, bodywork, and processwork.

Individual Program: participants are supported in finding either an individual or a group program with whom they can regularly do inner work.

Peer Calls: participants are also supported in integrating their ongoing development into their work and personal lives through monthly small facilitated group calls.

Wisdom Teachers: ongoing seminars with outstanding wisdom teachers from different practices and backgrounds.

ORGANISATIONAL EXPLORATORY PROGRAM

THE ORGANISATIONAL EXPLORATORY PROGRAM FOCUSES ON HOW ORGANISATIONS CAN PUT WELLBEING AT THE HEART OF THEIR CULTURES.

THE OEP IS A CO-CREATED LEARNING JOURNEY FOR 8 DIVERSE ORGANISATIONS OVER 2 YEARS EXPLORING ORGANISATIONAL WELLBEING. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF:’

Meetings: In person gatherings where participants will explore different wellbeing practices and discuss topics of wellbeing within organisations.

Ongoing Support: Supporting ongoing organisational change in between gatherings, including site visits and online calls.

Ongoing Program: Participants are supported in finding an external consultant to support identified organisational change needs.

Research: Researchers will be involved throughout the program to monitor, capture and evaluate the key changes.
