This year, we are pleased to offer a second series of ‘WELLbinars’ to respond to the pressing and urgent needs of our current times.

Starting with an introductory session in the new year, Sharon Salzberg and Parker J. Palmer will guide us in a deep dive into inner work. On the second Tuesday of every month, Sharon and Parker will be joined by incredible guest speakers from around the globe – poets, activists and practitioners – each experts in their field, to focus on cultivating both inner and outer wellbeing. Exploring how we can live an ‘undivided life’, bridging the inner and the outer, the series will delve into topics such as somatic awareness, shadow selves, collective trauma, and interconnectedness.

Given that each session builds upon the last, prioritize your personal wellbeing by committing to every session if possible.

Please see more details below of the learning ‘arc’ and register here to receive all series information directly to your inbox.

  • Remember to register, and register promptly, for each session as each will have its own registration link.
  • Plan to join live or listen to the recording for each session, since the content of the sessions will build on each other.
  • Schedule some time around each session to allow for personal reflection and integration.
  • Give yourself a bit of time to read the advance materials in preparation for each session.
  • Schedule an hour to two after the session to complete the integration exercises.
  • Gift yourself a new journal or notebook for note taking and follow up activities.
  • If helpful, find a friend or a small group to discuss the sessions and applications to your own lives.

The entirety of this WELLbinar series will be hosted by Parker J. Palmer and Sharon Salzberg, and will include specially crafted conversations with highly respected teachers and facilitators from a variety of different disciplines and therapeutic modalities. It is our hope that each WELLbinar will ignite your own inspired path to greater inner wellbeing.
