Rey will be presenting “Beyond Neutrality: Fostering Empathy and Challenging Bias in a Globalized World.”\n  \nIn this session\, designed for members in the higher education field\, all staff and faculty are welcome to attend. You’ll gain practical tools to recognize and interrupt biased conversations by learning how to assess the right moment\, get into the proper mindset\, and communicate effectively.
