SUMMARY:Mandala On The Road
DESCRIPTION:The Rubin Museum’s traveling Mandala Lab is in London through 25 November! \nDebuted at the 2022 Wellbeing Summit in Bilbao and based on the Museum’s New York City installation of the same name\, this interactive space is inspired by powerful Buddhist principles and invites the visitor to get curious about their emotions. The Mandala Lab features five thought-provoking\, playful experiences\, including videos accompanied by scents\, a site-specific sculpture that invites collective breathing\, and curated percussion instruments dipped in water. Each activity aims to harness the power of difficult emotions and offer pathways to develop resilience\, calmness\, and connection. \nThe Mandala Lab is free and open to the public daily from noon to 18:00 with late hours until 20:00 on Thursdays \n\n\nPhoto credit: The Rubin Museum of Art’s Mandala Lab\, London at Canary Wharf\, presented by London Design Festival.
