This article presents a study on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) conducted on therapists in training as research indicates that therapists are commonly at risk for job related psychological problems. The study, which was found to have significant positive mental health effects on the participants hopes to build a foundation for future research investigating the positive use of mindfulness training for therapists preparing for work.
